ASSET SOURCING

SPV & LEGAL WRAP
Each property is held through a dedicated Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) registered under UAE law. This structure isolates the asset from Bluedot's corporate entity, providing investors with direct beneficial ownership rights and full legal protection.
TOKENIZATION
The SPV's equity is divided into ERC-1400 security tokens on the blockchain. Each token represents a fractional ownership share with built-in compliance controls — transfer restrictions, investor whitelisting, and on-chain dividend distribution.
INVESTOR ACCESS
KYC-verified investors can purchase tokens starting from USD 1,000. Our platform provides real-time portfolio tracking, construction updates, and transparent reporting throughout the investment lifecycle.
RETURNS & EXIT
